This is the first project for Crumlic Media's newest client GT Development in Manhattan. GT Development wanted to give their residential client a look at their future home at the very start of the project. The client is currently in another state and not able to see the home first hand. A past major renovation of the brownstone by an owner artist has left the beautiful dwelling in need of an update that is more friendly to the family environment. The developer contracted Crumlic Media to shoot a short video in the home once the property was cleaned up by his staff and after they painted the lower basement level. Thank you Greg at GT Development for this introduction project and I look forward to the upcoming projects together, including the AFTER video of this home once renovations are complete!
